Speed & Strength High School Prep Camp

We understand that weightlifting equipment is very hard to come by, expensive, and space consuming.  This is why Stallion Athletics is providing the opportunity to receive no equipment needed home workouts.  These workouts are designed to overcome the lack of weight training equipment available and gym access. 


The goal of these workouts is to increase your child's core and functional strength, hip and ankle flexibility, and speed and mobility to better prepare them for the high school sporting environment. 


You'll receive 2 strength workouts and 2 speed & agility workouts per week via email starting June 1st and running through July 3rd. Five weeks of training for $25.
